Week 9 is here! Hard to believe we are nearing the end of our cycle already. Remember, that once this cycle is over we will have another "FUN WEEK". Our fun week will be based on workouts from you! Don't forget that this coming Saturday, May 25th is our 12 Hours/12 Hero WODs event. Every hour on the hour we will complete a Hero WOD. The $30 registration fee gets you access to all 12 hours, plus a shirt IF you participate in each hour. We are one week away from our first Chaka Boot Camp!! At this time, it is only being offered on Sundays for 6 weeks, starting May 12th, for only $59!
