We see everyone making progress with their own personal fitness development and this from beginners to our seasoned athletes. Our programming and personal approach to coaching assists with any weaknesses in our athletes’ “CrossFit game”.
What we have concluded is missing from what we currently offer is helping each individual meet their overall goals and development. Some athletes are happy to come in and see progress solely from their workouts. We love that! Some athletes just want to be more mobile and we give them quick extras to do before class and those things make a world of difference.
What about those that have bigger goals? Goals that require 2-3 times a week of doing certain extras for a few months with testing and retesting. Things they will need to do on their own at home or at Chaka.
Is 2019 the year that you are going to get your first pull-up? Finally master the overhead squat? Or reach a milestone deadlift? The Chaka Extras has what you need to achieve your fitness goals.
-3 Month Commitment ($20/mo)
-Required 2x per week of work outside of class (time varies depending on track)
-Choose from the Powerlifting, Olympic Lifting, or Gymnastics Track. Or build a custom track to best suit your needs.
-Initial evaluation/testing before starting is required
-Bi-monthly adjustments to programming based on your progress/feedback
-Coaching access at 10:30am on Saturday, Sunday, and 3pm on Tuesdays and Fridays by appointment.
-Monthly check-in with coach.
