The focus of this class is improving your aerobic energy system and your general strength through the use of your own body, dumbbells, kettlebells, slam balls, sand bags and more! This high energy workout is a great challenge for all levels and requires NO Chaka Basics Membership. This class is included in all memberships.
Choose from 1 on 1, small group, team or self-led customized programming to help improve your mobility, strength, speed, agility, endurance and explosiveness. This training will maximize your potential on the field, court, mat or pool and help to limit non-contact injuries.
BOOT CAMP / HIIT
This fun and fast paced group fitness class will pair high intensity interval work with bodyweight and strength components. Class meets on Sundays at 10:15am. No experience is necessary. Ages 12+ are welcome.
Whether it's personal training sessions led by a coach to address your specific goals or a specialized program designed for you to follow on your own we are able to meet your individual needs. Package options are available. We can also accommodate small group or teams that would like to train together, contact us for specific details.
For the athlete that wants a little extra. This program is specifically designed for those athletes that want to improve on Powerlifting, Olympic Lifting, Gymnastics or a combination. It is customizable to each athlete’s ability and goals. Requires a 3 month commitment as well as 2 times a week of work outside of class. This is only available in addition to a Chaka membership.
