12 Hour/12 Hero WOD Event

The big day is almost here! Saturday, May 26th from 7am-7pm you can workout to honor 12 different heroes! Choose to come for as many hours as you would like or be brave enough to endure all 12 and earn yourself a shirt!! It's not too late to register, click HERE to sign up now! We will do a brief group warm-up for the first WOD beginning at 7am, so arrive early to be sure you are ready to warm-up promptly at 7am. Each hour following the first WOD there will be no group warm-up, however, a warm-up will be written on the board that you can follow if you plan to only come for part of the day. We will begin each Hero WOD at :15 past the hour to allow time to get equipment out and partner up if you so desire.

For those of you that plan on being at Chaka for the long haul there will be a charcoal grill available so feel free to bring grillable items! Bring along a lawn chair, towel, change of clothes, and any extra social beverages you may want. Please sign up to bring a snack to share with the crowd, you can choose an hour to sign up for HERE!

At the conclusion of the day, Chaka will supply a beverage for everyone to make a toast to all of the Heroes!
