Chaka Weekly Programming 10/5-10/10
Hey everyone! In case you missed the posts on social media, this Saturday marks the return of Barbell Class! Class officially starts at 10:15am but make sure you show up 10-15 minutes early to start warming yourself up because we're going to jump right into teaching at 10:15. And as always, don't forget to RSVP!
This is also Week 3 in our Front Squat cycle. You'll see on TRIIB that if you make any extra reps in "+" sets, you should add 5lbs to your "training max", so be sure to push hard on those sets. If you miss the Front Squats in class, make sure to get them in during Open Gym if you can. Have a great week everyone!
