Out of the Box has come and gone and it was so much fun!!! We wanted to give a huge THANK YOU to all the athletes and volunteers! We couldn't have done it without you!

This week is our first "training week" in our Front Squat cycle. If you miss the Front Squats in class, make sure to get them in during Open Gym if you can. Have a great week everyone!
