CrossFit is a lifestyle change characterized by safe and effective exercises. The program can work for anyone, no matter age or experience level. CrossFit workouts are varied day to day and include functional movements that are similar to what we use in everyday life. These can include weighted exercises with barbells, dumbbells or kettlebells, gymnastics and plyometrics. In class, we can adjust individual movements or intensity levels to safely improve fitness. CrossFit memberships require at least 3 months of prior CrossFit experience or completing our Basics Program.

The focus of this class is improving your aerobic energy system and your general strength through the use of your own body, dumbbells, kettlebells, slam balls, sand bags and more! This high energy workout is a great challenge for all levels and requires NO Chaka Basics Membership. This class is included in all memberships.
This fun and fast paced group fitness class will pair high intensity interval work with bodyweight and strength components. Class meets on Sundays at 10:15am. No experience is necessary. Ages 12+ are welcome.
