This is where you can come to find the entire week's programming.  It will be posted each Sunday.  We will post the blog on Facebook and you can also choose to have the blog emailed to you by subscribing.  For CrossFit there will be three different divisions for programming: RX, Masters (55+) and Scaled.  Each day you may find yourself more appropriately associated with a different one, your coach will be the guide to help you determine that.
