Individual Training

45 minutes, 1:1 session

Specialized Programming created for athlete’s needs, with individualized attention from one of our experienced coaches.

Small Group Training

1 hour, minimum of 2:1 ratio not to exceed 6:1

Specialized Programming, with focused attention

from one of our experienced coaches.

$204 per person for 6 sessions

Self-Led Programming

8 weeks

Includes:

initial assessment / review of program / specialized programming / post-test

 

Facility will be available 2x a day / 5 days a week where athletes can perform their assigned work
